Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ratak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'1". He wears bulky white painted plate armor, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gardain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gardain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bookbinder who has hired him part-time. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Oloric liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
