History: Gilthur was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gimurt does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Nicholas was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Baker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
