He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He has worked as a Fisher like his father before him.

He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
