Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears long strands of emerald and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
