Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ortegar has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Ortegar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ortegar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ortegar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'9" when asserting himself. He keeps his gray fur in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. He has green eyes.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by his family
