Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sweet was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Sweet alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Sweet was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was a Navigator, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
