Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Uthemar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear flannel. Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Leucis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
