History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Skirt liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
