History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Roge was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
