History: He was born in the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears just a black suit. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 66. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
