Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Cimer hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Cimer and his spouse have recently divorced.
