Personality: Feng is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
