History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Umpen was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
