History: He was born in the west. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Bathin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Gunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Gunter's homeland. Gunter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.
