Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
