Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, brown shirt, and blue tie. He wears his brown hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man very much looks the part of a Detective. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He has white hair. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'0". He wears black trousers with blue and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. His fur is white and curly. He has a dull look in his yellow eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shivering embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has dyed his greying copper crest a little too much giving a sharp copper color. His eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Banker. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of goblins
