Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zephan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zephan. Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
