Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, marred by teas. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sapply never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
