Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
