He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.
