Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Ozyman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
