History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Solomon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Elaim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
