His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Lance was a troubled youth. Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
