History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Fragrant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He now owns his own business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
