Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Elaim embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Body Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Darrak hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Darrak was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a deep hatred of illithids
