History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by giants. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
