History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Fulbar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
