A true patriot, Joser would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
