Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, marred by teas. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is black and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Hûmgrat hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's in love; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was a Laborer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'3" and wears a blue vest and prefers yellow and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson blue hat.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
