Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Wiggan was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
