Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has styled his scarlet crest well, parting it to the right. His red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Dadalan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dadalan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
