History: He was born in the south. Hugh was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
