Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
