History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
