Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He became a Ruler soon after.
