History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller mother left him crippled. He has never given up on his music dream.

Leucis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
