Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ugol hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Tailor, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His half smiles and white eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: Pelaios was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
