Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilthur does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'8". He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His hair is brown and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: Ghash is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This malnourished man wears tattered old clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a great chef.

History: Oppleby lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: He is a husky man, who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His silver hair is braided into rings. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
