Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student he started as a Body Guard, but he got bored and became a Ruler. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nirgel's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born in the east. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
