Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is silver and very short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gardain embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gardain does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gardain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Alvyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Alvyn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Alvyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
