History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gildmak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Through the years after Holg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Holg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
