History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Farmer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: An older man who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., he is not a threatening figure. His copper crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shamash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller mother left him crippled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
