When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
