History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Borun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Borun never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dondon embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Damien was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up work as a Miller and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
