History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He has achieved small success as a Apothecary.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Marbas was born with his father's beautiful face. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
