Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paggen will drive conversation. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Gnome Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Paggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
