History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Galinndan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
