Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Wiggan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them.
