History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Alston took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
