History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ralf was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stylist. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Ulblyn reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away.
